What does Calvary Home Care look like?

At Calvary, home care is shaped around how you live, not just the support you need.

Home care allows you to receive physical and emotional support while remaining in familiar surroundings, keeping your routines, and receiving care that fits into your life.

When people start thinking about home care, it’s common to have questions about what might change. Many want reassurance that accepting support won’t mean losing independence or control over daily life.

At Calvary, we’ve supported people in their own homes and communities for over 30 years.

We understand that your lifestyle and wellbeing are just as important as clinical care. That’s why we work with you to co-design support at home that reflects your priorities, balancing your health needs with the routines, connections, and activities that matter to you.

Our home care services are designed to enable independence, improve social connections, and promote positive health and wellbeing.

Navigating funding with Calvary’s help

From 1 November 2025, the Australian Government’s Support at Home program replaced Home Care Packages and Short-Term Restorative Care. The program provides funding to support you to live at home.

If you’re unsure what you may be eligible for, our team can help explain the process, answer your questions, and support you to prepare for the next steps.
