Calvary Health Care Bethlehem has partnered with people with lived experience of Motor Neurone Disease (MND), MND Victoria and Palliative Care Victoria to deliver a Community of Practice (CoP) for MND Care.

We invite health professionals and service providers involved in, or interested in, improving care for people living with MND to join our Community of Practice.
