Calvary Kooyong Precinct - Ceremony of Remembrance

St Luke's Conference Centre, 476 Kooyong Road, Caulfield South
Join us in remembering and celebrating residents and patients no longer with us.

The ceremony honours and commemorates the lives of our patients and residents who have died. This time together offers support, shared grieving through readings, music, candle lighting and moments for reflection.
As part of the ceremony, a memorial table will be set up for photographs and mementos in honour of your loved one. Light refreshments will be available after the ceremony.

Thursday 12 November 2026, from 1pm to 2pm
Location
Calvary Kooyong Precinct
The ceremony will take place in St Luke’s Conference Centre on the mezzanine level (above the main entrance)

Grief can be a very isolating and overwhelming experience. To check your eligibility for free grief counselling with the Calvary Bereavement Counselling Service, please call (03) 9834 9319.

Australia’s national grief and loss helpline which is availale between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm on 1300 845 745.
The website also has a support hub, providing free, confidential and compassionate support to anyone who is grieving, including self-care tools, moderated forums and support groups.

A dedicated website and online community that offers support for individuals facing grief from various types of losses. It provides resources, coping tools and a space for learning about grief experiences.

A well-regarded podcast and global online community that shines a light on what loss is really like with honesty, hope and humour.

Free peer support for bereaved parents, siblings, and grandparents; includes support groups, phone support, and community events.
