Ceremony of Remembrance

The ceremony is a time to honour and commemorate the lives of our patients and residents who have died, offering support and shared grieving through readings, music, candle lighting and moments for reflection.
Light refreshments will be available on the day, and a memorial table for mementos or photographs in honour of your loved one.
