Comprising of 33 individual self-contained two-bedroom villas, our boutique retirement village in Geelong is set in fully maintained beautiful garden surroundings, with easy access to nearby shops and local amenities as well as the opportunity to explore the spectacular Bellarine Peninsula.
Say goodbye to the hassles and expense of maintaining a large family home, and the constant upkeep of lawns and gardens. At Balmoral Mews, we provide residents with the services to make our residents’ life easier, giving them all the freedom, security and companionship they want.

All our villas boast private outdoor spaces, light-filled separate living spaces and fitted kitchens, giving you the choice to live completely independently, or why not take advantage of our onsite additional services and enjoy laundry services and fresh and nutritious meals delivered to your door weekly.

The spacious Activity Centre is available for residents to use for their social gathering or their private events for a celebration. The Activity Centre contains front kitchen, back kitchen bench and an undercover outdoor BBQ area with comfortable outdoor furniture settings, perfect for those long summer afternoons.
