This year's theme, #EmbraceEquity, focuses on the importance of gender equity being a part of every society's DNA and getting the world talking about Why equal opportunities aren't enough. People start from different places, so true inclusion and belonging require equitable action. Everyone is welcome at Calvary, and we believe that the diversity that exists across our 19,000+ strong team is one of our key organisational strengths. We are proud that women make up 60% of our Board and over 55% of our National Executive Leadership Team (NELT).
