Calvary Health Care Bethlehem Charity Golf Day

Players were united by friendly competition and a shared commitment to supporting life-changing research.
The fine spring weather and spirited Ambrose format, including longest-drive and closest-to-the-pin challenges, set the stage for a successful event.
Organised by Community Advisory Council members Kevin and Bruce and supported by the brilliant Victoria Golf Club staff, the day began with registration and breakfast at 7:00 am, followed by an 8:00 am tee-off, and concluded with a lively lunch, raffle, and auction.
As a leader in research and care for people living with progressive neurological diseases, including Motor Neurone Disease (MND), Calvary Health Care Bethlehem fosters a culture of continuous learning and innovation, developing a highly skilled workforce dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centred care.
Research is at the heart of Calvary Health Care Bethlehem’s mission.
The hospital plays a significant role in national and international studies into MND, collaborating with universities and research organisations to improve understanding of the disease, enhance care models, and ultimately move closer to finding a cure.
Funds raised from the Golf Day will directly support seeding grants that enable new projects and innovations, ensuring patients and families benefit from the latest evidence-based care and breakthroughs.
These grants help advance research that improves quality of life for those living with incurable illnesses and brings us closer to a future without MND.
Thank you to every player, sponsor, and supporter who helped make the day possible.
With each passing year, the Golf Day grows in spirit and impact. It's a true celebration of community, connection, and progress toward breakthroughs that matter.
