Riverina Community Open Day

For one hundred years, Calvary Riverina Hospital has cared for the people of the Riverina. On Saturday 17 October, we open our doors to celebrate that legacy, and you’re invited.
Reminiscent of the much-loved Calvary fetes of years past, the Centenary Open Day will bring together families, staff, partners and friends for a joyful day of connection, memory and celebration across the hospital campus.
Whether you were born at, worked at, or received care at Calvary Riverina Hospital, or simply call the Riverina home, you are welcome to join us for a day of fun, history and celebration of what makes the Riverina community special.
A day to reconnect
The Open Day is an opportunity for the Wagga Wagga and Riverina community to reconnect with Calvary services, both within the hospital and across Home Care and Residential Aged Care. Throughout the day, you can enjoy:
Interactive displays and community stalls
Behind-the-scenes insights into hospital and home care services
Health and wellbeing information
Free health checks and practical tips in the LCM Centre
Delicious food and drinks to keep you going throughout the day
Calling all Calvary babies
Were you born at Calvary? We’re extending a special invite to all Calvary babies, and their parents or other loved ones, to return to where it all began.
Add your baby photo to our Baby Wall and become part of our centenary story. You may even have the chance for a selfie with the doctor who delivered you!
Maternity services will also be showcasing current offerings, including maternity and baby bundles.
