For four decades, Calvary Mater Newcastle has been at the forefront of clinical trials, helping improve patient outcomes and providing local access to innovative treatments and therapies.
As the Hunter region's leading cancer clinical trials centre, we currently conduct more than 160 active clinical trials, ranging from first-in-human studies to Phase 4 and registry trials.
These trials give local patients access to new treatments, often years before they become standard practice, without the need to travel outside the region.
