Calvary Nazareth is a warm and welcoming residential aged care home in Newcastle, the beautiful lakeside suburb of Belmont North.

Aged Care Services

Guided by our 135-year history in health care, Calvary is recognised as a continuing source of healing, hope and nurturing to the residents we serve. We live to provide our care with dignity and to improve the health and wellbeing of every resident.

We provide both permanent aged care and residential respite care options in a dementia-friendly environment. With professional nursing staff operating round the clock and visits from specialist clinicians, our clinical aged care services ensure that all your needs are cared for.

All our bedrooms at Calvary Nazareth are single occupancy with controlled air-conditioning and private ensuites for the ultimate privacy and comfort. When not relaxing in your room, you can enjoy the afternoon sun in one of our beautiful outdoor courtyards or catch up with fellow residents and visitors in one of our light-filled communal living spaces.

Calvary Nazareth is home to a secure Memory Support Unit designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for those living with advanced dementia.

Co-located Services: Retirement Living

We also share our location with a secure retirement village for those seeking independent living with peace of mind that quality aged services are close by should they be required. Find out more about Calvary Nazareth Retirement Village.
