Calvary Health Care has launched a new website, making it easier for patients, residents, clients, providers, carers and the general public to digitally connect with our full range of healthcare services.
The new and more sophisticated website is part of the organisation’s strategic refresh to deliver great, connected care, while simplifying the way health consumers navigate the complexity of accessing healthcare as their needs change through each stage of their life - planned and unplanned.
Calvary Health Care’s National Director Customer and Communications and Aged Care Advocacy, Bryan McLoughlin, said the new website directly addressed the needs of the online community and supported administrative efficiencies within the business.
“We recognise our website is a digital front door to Calvary’s services as health consumers become more health literate and do their own research when choosing how and where to access healthcare.”
“This is a significant step forward in growing our digital brand presence and will help serve our online customer community more effectively,” he said.
The new website draws on a combination of external customer insights, industry benchmarking and in-depth internal discovery sessions.
Importantly, the advanced CMS behind the new website supports Calvary’s digital growth by delivering enhanced scalability, security and more sophisticated content management features.
“As a healthcare provider we are the custodians of significant personal data and we take that responsibility very seriously. Having an online presence that protects our customers and our systems as best as possible is also a key driver of this work,” said Mr McLoughlin.
