Calvary John James Hospital is located on Strickland Crescent which can be accessed from either Denison Street or Kent Street.
Travelling to and from Calvary John James Hospital is easy for patients, visitors, staff and volunteers. Our hospital is located close to public transport facilities and has ample paid parking.

Parking information

We have a range of visitor and patient parking options available:

Our car park is operated by Wilson car parking providing ample paid parking located at the front of the hospital for patients and their visitors.
Further visitor parking is located alongside Garran ward.
Motorbike parking
Motorbike parking bays are located at main reception.
NAT RGB V1-6 DBlue Line Wheelchair
Disabled parking is available in clearly marked areas.
Disability parking bays can be found in every car park and are located closest to the pedestrian access ways.
Please follow the disabled access signs to access the hospital.
If you are in the car park and need assistance getting to or from the hospital, please call 02 6281 8100.
Bicycle racks are located outside Maternity ward reception and main reception.

A taxi pickup point can be found outside main reception; the local taxi firm can be contacted by calling 132 227.
The staff at main reception will ring a taxi for you.
The average wait time is less than 5 minutes.

Public transport

Two bus routes service the hospital area with bus stops found on Strickland Crescent, Kent Street and Denison Street.
