We take falls prevention seriously
We will conduct a risk screen on arrival and will develop a personalised fall prevention plan to reduce the chances of any falls. Please make sure you come to our facility with properly fitted shoes with a non slip sole.

We take infections seriously
At John James, we take infection prevention seriously. Infection prevention and control aims to reduce the risk of patients acquiring preventable healthcare-associated infections. Infectious agents transmitted during the provision of health care come primarily from interaction with other people – patients, clinicians and visitors. We have implemented a prevention program to ensure you stay safe.
