* Inactive Overnight Sleepover shifts must include an additional two hours of active Home Care Support.
24 hour notice is required to avoid a full service cancellation fee. Services delivered on public holidays attract a 100% surcharge.
If we are unable to deliver a service in your area we will recommend someone who can. This may involve an additional cost to the prices listed above. Your Case Manager will discuss this with you prior to services commencing.
If you would like to receive a particular service from someone external to us then you can request to have them service you through Calvary. Your Case Manager will discuss this with you prior to services commencing.
Home Care Package Service
Package management is a service that supports delivery of a HCP, and can cover administrative activities that we must do, such as:
– Establishing and managing home care budgets
– Coordinating and scheduling services and workers
– Preparing invoices and monthly statements
– Complying with regulatory and assurance activities.
No package management fee will be charged in a month where care recipients do not receive any services other than care management.

Care management is a mandatory service, and we must:
– Regularly assess your needs, goals and preferences
– Review your home care agreement and care plan with you
– Ensure your care and services align with other supports
– Partner with you and your family or carers about your care
– Ensure your care and services are culturally safe
– Identify and address risks to your safety, health and well-being.
Calvary provides after-hours and clinical
support 24 hours/ 7 days a week which is included in this fee.
