Balance and Reconditioning Program

The program is designed for people who have compromised balance to improve their functional ability, safety and independence through a program of exercise and behavioural intervention.

Our program is held over eight weeks, twice a week, for two hours with an exercise 1 hour session and an education and goal setting component. Behavioural intervention is led by a team of health professionals including occupational therapy, physiotherapy, medical staff, psychology and pharmacy.
