The HATS database has been in operation for more than 30 years and underwent some significant changes in 2014. These changes have given us access to populations whom we consult on but previously had no data on. A description of our database changes and current methodology was published in late 2019 and is available here : https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.1080/15563650.2019.1674322
