Conjoint Associate Prof Lisa Lincz (GDipClinEpid, PhD) Senior Research Officer
Overview
Conjoint Associate Prof Lisa Lincz has been conducting lab based research for the Hunter Haematology Research Group at Calvary Mater Newcastle since 1998. Her research interests combine cell and molecular biology with current knowledge of clinical haematology and a passion for discovering biomarkers of disease and response to treatment. She has a strong background in cancer biology and a current interest in circulating microvesicles. As a senior researcher at Calvary Mater Newcastle, Conjoint Associate Prof Lincz often provides mentorship to early career researchers within the department. She holds a Conjoint Associate Professor appointment at the University of Newcastle and welcomes the opportunity to supervise student projects and higher research degrees.

We are currently investigating the potential role of circulating microparticles in various diseases.
