Title description
Care Advisers help you understand all the government funding options, work out which services are right for you and navigate the maze of government paperwork and processes. They are usually the first person you speak to and will get your home care journey started.
Our Support Workers are friendly, well-trained staff who will visit your home to perform the day-to-day care and support services you require. Calvary Support Workers must complete mandatory aged care credentials, a national police clearance and undergo regular skill development courses.
Our Client Service Officers manage your schedule of care appointments and coordinate any changes you may require, including doctor appointments or other one-off commitments.
Our Intake Officers are an integral part of a client’s onboarding with Calvary. Intake Officers accept new referrals from clients, families and external agencies and manage their profile on our Calvary client systems.
