Commonwealth Home Support Programme
The Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) is a government-funded program, designed to help older people remain independent and stay in their homes and communities for longer. The CHSP also provides support for carers through in-home and centre-based respite services.
It’s suitable for those who want to stay in their own home, but need a little help with daily tasks or require entry-level care.
Through the CHSP, you may be eligible to receive domestic assistance, social support, help with meal preparation and transport to appointments.
