Adelaide Hospitals Mission Team
I volunteer doing administration for the Adelaide Hospitals Mission Team. I help with lots of tasks including scanning projects, filing and mail outs. I often work alongside Lauren the Mission resource officer. She helps out the Volunteer Service and the Director of Mission. We work together to get tasks done!
I wanted to become a volunteer to learn more skills and be part of a team.
My favourite thing about volunteering is the work and spending time with the team.
My inspiration is The Adelaide Crows Team, they are my favourite footy club and they get the job done!
My biggest surprise about volunteering is how sociable it is.
My advice to someone who is thinking about volunteering with the Calvary Adelaide Mission Team is to go for it – great teamwork!
