France celebrates 30 years at Calvary St Paul’s, Cundletown

Frances Croker was the toast of the Calvary St Paul’s Retirement Community this week when she notched up 30 years of residency.
Staff and residents gathered on Thursday, January 11 for morning tea and a cake.
Frances was born in Nabiac in 1934 and was raised on a dairy farm as the youngest of eight children.
She moved to Taree before settling into St Paul’s at Cundletown in the late 1980s.
In her younger days, Frances enjoyed knitting and gardening.
She hasn’t lost her green thumb though as she regularly supervises other residents gardening at St Paul’s.
Frances now enjoys bingo, arts and craft as well as shopping and weekly trips on the St Paul’s bus.
Frances said she has enjoyed her time at St Paul’s and has made many friends over the years.
