Growing passion

Resident supplying quality produce
Malcolm, our keen resident gardener at St Francis has produced an amazing supply of quality home grown fruit and vegetables. He has had a bumper winter crop, thanks to a combination of his new found skills and the nutrients supplied by the recent edition of a worm farm at the facility.
The community garden has inspired others to join Malcolm in the great outdoors and his new found gardening skills are welcomed by our chef onsite who loves cooking up the fresh produce its supplied.
“Malcolm’s commitment and passion in the garden has grown since moving in with us. He enjoys receiving compliments and always provides good discussion around the dinner table.” Sue Waters, Manager at Calvary St Francis.
The community garden is certainly the talk of the village and is attracting many visitors.
