The sun was most definitely shining at Cooinda’s annual Christmas Carols event, though residents and guests didn’t seem to mind the heat, and it certainly didn’t dampen anyone’s Christmas spirit.

 

The Generate Church crew provided the live entertainment, singing classic carols, country music and everything in between. They had the crowd up and dancing by the end of the evening.

 

There were also market stalls for those who fancied a bit of Christmas shopping, a bbq and even a jumping castle for the kids.

 

Cooinda has been hosting their wonderful carols event for many years now, and staff members say it’s a fantastic chance to get the community together to celebrate the silly season.
