Calvary Mater Newcastle is committed to meaningful and effective engagement with the members of our local communities. We are currently seeking opinions from those who have experienced our services as an outpatient, an inpatient, a family member, carer or member of the community. Your feedback will inform our approach to the new Calvary Mater Newcastle Consumer and Community Engagement Framework, a document that provides a structure to our engagement with our consumers and community partners in the work we do.
As part of this work, we would like to know:

The answers you provide to the questions will help us align our framework to ensure that a patient’s care is delivered in line with their goals and preferences for shared decision making.
Alternatively, our Consumer Register is a group of present and past patients, family members and community members who have expressed an interest in engaging with Calvary Mater Newcastle on a variety of activities to ensure consumer feedback and opinions are represented within hospital activities and services. New members are always welcomed.
