Dr Chris Wratten (BMedical Science, MBBS, Senior Staff Specialist, Conjoint Senior Lecturer, Radiation Oncology)
Overview
Dr Chris Wratten (FRANZCR) has been conducting cancer research in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Calvary Mater Newcastle since 1999. His main research and clinical interests are in cancers located in the head and neck, prostate and skin. Dr Wratten has successfully procured competitive funding, been active in many scientific committees, and on the board of directors of a variety of organisations such as CanTeen and TROG (including executive positions). He is currently a Senior Staff Specialist in Radiation Oncology at Calvary Mater Newcastle.
Dr Wratten holds a Conjoint Senior Lecturer appointment in the School of Medicine and Public Health at the University of Newcastle.
