eAdmissions – Planned Outage

Important Information for Patients

Due to a scheduled upgrade* the eAdmission process is not available from Saturday 9 February at 9.30 p.m. to Sunday 10 February at 9.00 p.m.

If your admission is planned for 9, 10, 11 or 12 February, please ensure your form is completed by 5 p.m. Thursday 7 February to ensure we have your details in the system and can plan accordingly.

*The outage is planned in order to provide improved reliability, improved performance and to comply with Government requirements for future state eAdmission Medicare claiming
