Currently every Calvary full and part time employee can reduce their taxable income by taking up salary packaging.

As a Not-For-Profit organisation, the Australian Tax Office allows Calvary employees to pay for certain living expenses with pre-tax dollars.

You could salary package your mortgage, rent, personal loans, or general expenses such as bills and groceries. This reduces the overall amount of tax payable on your gross salary and increases the amount of disposable income you have to spend each pay.

In addition, you can claim meal and entertainment, venue hire, novated leases and more.

Calvary partners with ‘Fitness Passport’ to provide employees access to a range of gyms, swimming pools and fitness centres at a discounted rate that could be as much as 73% off the membership price for families and 50% off for singles.

 

Support when you need it

Calvary has fully subsidised the Employee Assistance Program to provide employees and their immediate family with access to a minimum of three free sessions. This confidential service is run by a number of highly professional, friendly and caring psychologists and social workers.
